Terms
& Policies:
Terms: The first half of
the total order amount is collected on the day when
the order is received. The remaining half is debitted
from your account when we ship your package. All shipments
can be made only by COD cash, company or certified check,
money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American
Express.
Weights: All gram weights
listed on the online catalog are approximate and vary
+/- 10%. To some extend, we can reduce the advertised
weights to meet customer specifications.
Minimums:
The minimum order amount is $1500.00
After
an account has been established there is a $500 re-order
minimum.
Delivery:
Allow at least five weeks for the manufacturing. All
orders will be shipped via FedEx and the minimum shipping
charge is $7.50. (Overnight delivery is available at
an extra charge)
Prices:
All merchandise is sold by weight with the exception
of diamond jewelry. All weights quoted in online catalog
are in grams. On invoices, customer is billed based
on the current gold market, which is generally the second
London fix plus $3 per ounce on the day of shipment.
Return Policy: To provide
your complete satisfaction we offer a 15 day exchange
policy. According to the terms and conditions contained
herein OroStyle.com will replace any defective merchandise
with our trademark returned by customer. When replacing
such merchandise OroStyle.com will use its best efforts
to give the customer the exact weight merchandise in
return, however because of the manufacturing process
such merchandise has an approximate 10%+/- weight variance
factor. The customer will be reponsible to pay for any
and all weight variance charges, if there are any, plus
all shipping, handling and insurance charges.
